Our sage tea is wild-grown and harvested by farmers around Mt. Olympus, the most famous mountainous region for herbal tea in Greece. The trees grow at an elevation of 1,100m. The tea farm we source from is family-owned, and has generations' worth of knowledge of local herbs.
For an aromatic flavour: 1-2 tsp tea per 200-300ml boiling water. Steep for 5 minutes.

The ideal teapot for stinging nettle tea is a large glass or porcelain teapot with a strainer.
Ideally store in an airtight, double-coated metal tin.
We find it very important that our teas are pure and produced in a way that respects the environment. For this reason, each one of our teas is tested for pesticide residues by an independent laboratory, the results of which can be found here. Some of our teas are also tested for specific nutritional compounds, in which case the test results are also published here.
