Oolong from Japan

As a traditional Chinese and Taiwanese tea, oolongs from Japan are a rare species. Few Japanese farmers take on this genre as the domestic market for oolongs is small, but this does not stop them from producing remarkable teas that are sought out by tea lovers looking for something special.
