The flower buds of the tea plant (Camellia sinensis) are known for their abundance of beneficial compounds, including functional saponins, polysaccharides, and catechins. Even in China, the extremely rare "Wild Golden Flower" (Jinhua; Camellia sect. chrysantha) is incredibly difficult to find. This species, with its vibrant yellow buds, grows only in a small region of Southeast Asia. It has a unique profile of rare polyphenols, including ellagitannin, proanthocyanidin, as well as kaempferol and quercetin derivatives. Our Wild Golden Flower tea is sustainably cultivated, sourced from a nature reserve in Guangxi.
