Yoshi En has recently grown out of Sunday Natural to become an independent premium tea store. As part of this transition, some products may still be shipped in Sunday Natural packaging.
Organic, high-grade stems (kukicha) from unground, raw matcha (tencha). Ideal for use with a small clay incense burner. 100g
- Smoking tea is very popular in Japan and is called Okô Yô Ryokucha (お香用緑茶).
- Green tea from the previous year's harvest still has most of its beneficial ingredients and flavorings and excellent for gentle steeping. A very fine, pleasant room aroma is created.
- The complex green tea aromas create a natural, unobtrusive carpet of fragrance.
- Please do not smolder on a stove with a metal screen, as this reaches too high a temperature.
- A special Japanese incense burner with an incense pan made of clay called chakoro (jap.: 茶香炉) is ideal.
