Our tea assortment includes high-quality, pleasantly mild organic Sencha, flavour-intensive fine Matcha and also Tencha from Aichi from the multi-award-winning Mr. Ishikawa. East of Ise Bay on the Japanese Pacific coast of the main island of Honshū lies the prefecture of Aichi, which specialises in particular in the production of Tencha, the fully shaded, pre-processed green tea used to make authentic Matcha. Among tea lovers, Aichi is also known as the origin of much appreciated Tokoname Kyūsu and other tea ceramics.
