Tencha
Tencha is the fully shaded green tea from which matcha is ground. We offer Super Premium tencha from the two-time MAFF winner Ishikawa Seicha and a Highest Grade tencha usuore (tencha twig tea) from one of Japan's leading matcha producers, in Uji. Tencha can be prepared directly as a tea or ground into matcha powder.
