High Catechin
Specialised green teas suitable for everyday enjoyment, with optimised, lab-confirmed catechin levels and a harmonious, aromatic flavour. Offered here is High Catechin EGCG Sencha with 6.5% EGCG, High Catechin EGC Sencha with 5.5% EGC and Benifuuki Ichibancha Sencha, a very bitter tea with a high concentration of 7.9% EGCG, excellent for therapeutic use.
Ideally suited for cold brewing, this sencha made from the Yutakamidori cultivar contains a lab-tested, optimal ratio of EGC to EGCG (approx. 90%) as well as a high total EGC + EGCG content (approx. 10%). Yutakamidori Chiran Sencha Mizudashi is a gourmet alternative, scoring 98 points while still retaining high catechin levels.
